Savanna Lakes is a residential development by Lennar located on Homestead Rd and Milwaukee Blvd. It is being built in 3 phases. Phase 1 consists of 264 single family homes on 79.4 acres. Phase 2 consists of 403+ Homes. Phase 3 consists of another 810 single family homes plus 100,000 sq ft of commercial.
CopperHead Development AKA Ibis Landing is another residential development being completed by Lennar. This is the CopperHead Golf Course that was left unfinished for many years. It is a 244 lot subdivision for 186 single family homes, 58 two-family attached, and 252 residential condominium units in 9 bldgs (6 bldgs @ 30 units/bldg, 3 bldgs @ 24 units/bldg), and 385 townhomes in 64 bldgs (4 bldgs @ 4 units/bldg, 15 bldgs @ 5 units/bldg, 21 bldgs @ 6 units/bldg, and 24 bldgs @ 7 units/bldg).
Whispering Lakes II is a residential development across from Lehigh Acres Middle School on Sunrise Blvd. It consists of 290 single family homes.
